FILM POEMS

This body of work grows from Rebecca’s daily practice of filming everyday life.

Film-poems, poetic documentaries and installations unfold as intimate and enquiring encounters with the people, places, and more-than-human presences that shape her days. Through attentive observation and a poetics of place, Rebecca explores perceptions of time, interconnection and possibilities of relationship.

Her work frequently returns to the sea and the layered woodlands surrounding her home in East Sussex.
